A research team from the University of Bern, is researching the challenges and possible solutions for the mountain area. More specifically, they are investigating social innovations in the mountain area. These are all projects and initiatives that originally arose from new collaborations.

These projects are entered in an inventory of social projects and are available to everyone on the homepage of the University of Bern.

During their research they also came across our project "No Limits", which was implemented on the Stockhorn. And now you can also find us on this list.

Bern, Gurten, The Gurtenfestival is over and we can proudly look back on a great event. Cerebral, hock'n roll and Gurtenfestival have started a fundraising campaign for people with disabilities on the occasion of this year's event, which we were allowed to support with 4 Mountain Drive. The donations collected, in the form of crockery deposits which every guest could donate, will be used for a Gurtä wheelchair. The organisers would like to make the Berner Hausberg even more accessible for people with disabilities. We would like to thank all those involved for their support and for allowing us to be part of the team.

Scuol, On 09.07.2019, the handover of 2 Mountain Drive to the community in Scuol, Motta Naluns took place. According to a media release, this inauguration will also be a first visible sign for the association "Scuol sainza cunfins", in German "Scuol ohne Grenzen". The association has set itself the task of improving the mobility of people with walking disabilities in the region. As a first project, two so-called JST Mountain Drive wheelchairs were purchased together with the "Cerebral" foundation for cerebral palsy children. "This special vehicle can manage a gradient of almost 30 percent in the terrain and is therefore predestined for our region," says Stephan Gmür, the project manager of Tourismus Engadin Scuol Samnaun Val Müstair AG, who is himself dependent on the wheelchair due to an accident.
